Melon And Mango Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. melon flesh
    8 oz. mango flesh
    6 oz. sugar
    1/4 pt. double cream
    200 g. carton nonfat yogurt
    diced melon and mango for decoration
    1 1/2 pt. loaf tin, lined with cling film
Preparation
    Water must be at a full rolling boil and should be freshly drawn.
    Water which has come to the boil more than once makes the tea a poor colour and spoils the flavour.
    Water must be poured onto the tea while it is still at boiling point.
    The tea-pot, jug or carafe should be warmed first.
    If served with half-and-half or milk, allow tea to stand for 3 to 5 minutes; serve immediately, if served with slices of lemon.
