Stuffed Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    miniature squash, steamed (if desired)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    fresh thyme (if desired)
    2 c. dry corn bread stuffing
    2 c. coarse dry whole wheat bread crumbs
    5 lb. turkey breast, thawed if frozen
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 cup butter in large skillet.
    Saute onion and celery until tender; remove from heat.
    Stir in poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and eggs; mix well.
    Toss with corn bread and whole wheat crumbs.
