Peanut Brittle(About 1 Pound) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Put sugar, molasses and water in saucepan and heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
Boil, without stirring, until syrup reaches hard-crack stage (300\u00b0).
Remove from heat and add butter or margarine and baking soda; stir just enough to mix well.
Stir in chopped peanuts.
