Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 to 6 carrots, sliced
    4 to 5 ribs celery
    mushrooms
    peppers
    zucchini
    string beans
    1 large can tomato juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in large pot with 1/4 cup water until vegetables are soft, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add one can of tomato juice and two cups water.
    Add salt to taste.
    Cover and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
