Crock-Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 (10 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onions in crock-pot.
    Blend sour cream, soup and margarine in a bowl.
    Add to potatoes; cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
    May prepare with cooked potatoes.
    Cook on low for 1 hour. Yield:
    15 servings.
