Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 small onion (approximately 1/2 c.)
1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil or 1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. red crushed pepper
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. coriander seed, crushed
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. finely chopped chili peppers
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and serve or refrigerate.
