Cornish Hens Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish hens, halved
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (4 oz.) can celery or mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Salt and pepper hens.
    Brown hens with onion and butter for 10 minutes.
    Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Remove hens.
    Add cornstarch to drippings.
    Stir constantly until smooth.
    Blend in soup and sour cream.
    Place hen in baking dish.
    Pour sauce over them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
