Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch spring onions, diced
jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 small can black olives, drained and sliced
1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
tortilla chips
Preparation

Spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer on a platter. Put on a layer of salsa, then sliced jalapeno pepper.
Add green pepper, onions and tomatoes.
Add about 3/4 of can of black olives. Top with both cheeses.
