Dilled Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
5 c. peeled, diced potatoes
1 1/4 c. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In 4-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until soft.
Add potatoes and 2 cups cold water; bring to boil.
Cover and cook 20 minutes.
