Harvest Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2 crust (9-inch) pie
6 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Fill pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan with apples.
Combine next 6 ingredients and pour over apples.
Cover with top crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over crust.
Return to oven for 10 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
Serves 8.
