Low Calorie Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, skinned
    1/2 c. dry milk powder
    2 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Put remaining ingredients in a plastic bag with chicken pieces and shake.
    Place on broiler rack and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned (about 1 hour and 10 minutes).
