Curry Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block curry mix
    1 onion
    3 carrots (large)
    2 lb. beef tips
    3 medium potatoes
    4 c. rice
Preparation
    Fry your beef tips well.
    Chop onion, carrots and potatoes in small stew size pieces.
    Fill a pot with water.
    Add the chopped onion, carrots and potatoes into the water.
    Make sure that the water just covers the vegetables about 1/2 inch.
    Add the beef and bring to a boil.
    Add in curry; mix a small block at a time to produce the thickness of the stew juice you wish.
    Now put 4 cups of rice in 6 cups of water.
    Let boil.
