Liz'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
6 apples, cored, peeled and cut into small chunks

Preparation

Add sugar, eggs and oil; add salt, flour, cinnamon and soda. Stir well.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
