Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 to 6 green peppers
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
    1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare green peppers, cut out tops and stems.
    Discard stems. With a spoon, remove seeds from the inside of the peppers.
    Rinse with cold water and set aside.
    In small pan, melt butter and saute onion until golden.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
    Cook 2 cups of rice.
