Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 lb. crabmeat
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Pour lemon juice over crabmeat.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Let stand 2 hours at room temperature.
Mix well, then toss in crabmeat and lemon juice, being careful not to break up crabmeat.
Warm and serve with dip-style corn chips.
