Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil raisins in 1/2 cup water (a little more if they absorb all of it) for 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream, sugar, yolks, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Boil until thick.
    Stir constantly or use double boiler to prevent scorching.
    Pour into baked crust; top with meringue. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
