Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. wedge Bleu or Roquefort cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    dry mustard
    garlic powder
    Tabasco
Preparation
    Divide cheese in half.
    Grate 1 part and blend into sour cream.
    Add seasonings sparingly to taste.
    Blend together well. Crumble other half of cheese.
    Fold into sauce.
    Keep covered and refrigerated.
    This dressing only improves with age, so can be made ahead.
