Chinese Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 head cabbage, grated
    3 carrots, grated
    1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
    Try not to cook the cabbage and carrots too long.
    Sit off heat.
    In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high to medium heat.
    Take egg rolls out one at a time. Place beef mixture in center of roll.
    Fold up like a baby's diaper.
    Wet one end to hold in place.
    Place in hot oil until golden brown.
    Turn over and brown the other side.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Dip in sweet and sour sauce.
