Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Cook 2 cups of berries with sugar, cornstarch and water over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, butter and remaining berries.
Pour in pie shell and cool. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
