Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper
    2 carrots
    2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and mix with salt.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Squeeze dry.
    Add pepper and carrots to cabbage.
    Combine vinegar, sugar, water, celery and mustard seed in saucepan.
    Bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
    Cool.
    Pour over cabbage and mix.
    Put into plastic freezer boxes and freeze.
