Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grate egg yolks finely and set aside.
    Chop onion, egg white, celery and cheese.
    Mix with spinach in a bowl.
    Add salt, vinegar and Tabasco.
    Mix in mayonnaise just before serving.
    Garnish with egg yolk.
    Great potluck salad.
