German Pancake(Sometimes Called Dutch Babies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 eggs
 
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt (scant)
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
- 
                            Beat the eggs.
 
Add flour, milk and salt, mix well.
Add the melted butter.
Put in greased cake pan (or I use iron skillet). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes until well browned, about 6-inches high.
When baked, cut into wedges and serve.
I usually double or triple this recipe.
