Lemon Herbed Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh thyme or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1 salmon fillet (3 to 4 lb.)
    2 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted and divided
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cheese, thyme, lemon zest and salt; mix well.
    Add 4 tablespoons of butter and toss lightly to coat; set aside.
