Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients, put in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Melt oleo and pour over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0; top with crushed potato chips last 15 minutes.
