Dot'S Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburg or buffalo ground meat
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. vinegar (scant)
3/4 c. pineapple juice (with water if needed)
1 (19 oz.) can chunk pineapple
Preparation

Make small meatballs; brown in roaster in oven.
Remove excess fat, if any.
Mix remainder of ingredients together; thicken with flour.
Pour over meatballs.
Top with can of chunk pineapple (if desired, add green pepper and mushrooms).
Using casserole dish, heat in oven at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
