Mexican Pin Wheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Large pkg. Armour dried beef, diced
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    diced jalapeno peppers (to taste)
    diced onions (to taste)
    diced black olives (to taste)
    garlic (optional)
    large tortillas
Preparation
    Mix everything in large bowl, spread on tortillas.
    Roll tightly, refrigerate overnight in covered container or glad wrap. Slice the next day.
