Crab Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. pimento
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
pinch of Accent
dash of Tabasco
1 Tbsp. green pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard
6 crushed saltines
1 lb. backfin crab meat
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 ??? fresh lemon juice
1 egg yolk
parsley
Preparation

Mix the first 8 ingredients.
Add the crab meat.
Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, egg yolk and parsley.
Fill shell shaped dishes with crab mixture.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
