Special Lemony Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    In paper or plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat.
    In large skillet, brown chicken in margarine on both sides until golden brown.
    Add ReaLemon juice and mushrooms.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Serve with hot, cooked rice. Refrigerate leftovers.
