Pork Chops Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce (Italian)
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in a 12-inch skillet in oil; remove and reserve.
    Saute rice, onion and green pepper in drippings until rice is golden.
    Stir in Hunt's sauce, water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt; bring to a boil.
    Arrange chops in rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
    Cover. Simmer 35 to 40 minutes, until tender, adding cheese during the last 5 minutes.
