Spritz Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 qt. broth or water, boiling
Preparation

Mix all together in glass or metal bowl.
Into boiling broth/water, cut small teaspoon size pieces off side of bowl about 15 at a time.
Cook until they float, about 3 minutes.
You may need to stir lightly with a wooden spoon to loosen from bottom of pan. When cooked, remove with slotted spoon.
Repeat cooking with the rest of the batter until gone.
