Crisco Yellow Cake(9-Inch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

21/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. Crisco
3 unbeaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix thoroughly 2 minutes at medium speed the first 6 ingredients. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat 2 minutes longer. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
