Millie'S Quick Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat shortening, sugar\tand
    eggs
    for\tabout 1 minute. Add cornmeal, flour and milk and beat 2 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
