Diet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large can water
    1 large onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    3 carrots
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1/2 head broccoli
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can chickpeas
    3 small cans seasoned stewed tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    dash of garlic powder
    8 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Brown beef, drain and rinse.
    Empty tomato juice into pot. Fill can with water and add to juice. Simmer bouillon cubes until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients including beef.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
