Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chopped onion
    16 oz. American cheese
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon crystals
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1 qt. milk
    cumin to taste
    1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Make roux with butter and flour; cook until medium brown.
    Add milk, 1/4 cup onion, 8 ounces of American cheese, 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese, bouillon, green chilies, cumin and picante sauce. Stir over medium heat until all is melted.
