Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 large onions
    1 garlic bud
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. ground chili
    4 c. water
    1 can pinto beans (optional)
    1 small can chopped chilies
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
Preparation
    Fry hamburger, onions and garlic in skillet.
    Make a gravy of flour, ground chili and water.
    Pour this over the cooked meat and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook slowly for 1 hour.
    Very hot.
