Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. coarsely diced green pepper
    1/2 c. coarsely diced celery
    1 slice onion
    3 crumbled slices bread
    1 c. coarsely diced carrots
    3 egg whites
    1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
Preparation
    Liquefy all ingredients except salmon for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; combine with salmon.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until center is firm.
    Yields 6 servings.
