Low-Fat Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    3/4 c. fresh strawberries
    1/2 small banana
    1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend all in blender until mixed.
    Chill, shake and drink.
    You may use any blend of fruit.
    Juice is to flavor.
