Venison Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground venison
    1/2 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauc
    salt and pepper
    8 to 10 strips bacon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into thick patties.
    Grill in oven or on grill for 10 minutes.
