Stephanie'S Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1 pastry pie shell
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. half and half
    2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Defrost
    spinach.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs and soup.
    Add mushrooms and cream; mix.
    Dice onion and garlic.
    Add spinach and salt.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Turn into shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
