Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. half and half
4 to 5 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
When mixture becomes very stiff, add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Freeze in gallon ice cream freezer.
