Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. gelatin
3 Tbsp. water
2 c. whipped cream
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Crush strawberries and add sugar.
Let mixture stand for a half hour.
Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons water.
Dissolve this in 3 tablespoons of boiling water.
Stir gelatin into strawberries and cool.
When softly set, lightly fold in whipped cream and pour into pie shell.
