English Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 well beaten eggs
    1/4 c. warm milk
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and salt.
    Add the well beaten eggs and milk.
    Mix with a wooden spoon.
    Add raisins and pecans.
    Add lemon extract last and mix well.
    Grease and flour a loaf pan.
    Add batter mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
