Marshmallow Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. oleo or butter
    1 pt. marshmallow cream
    1 large bag chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Put first three ingredients in large heavy pan and bring to a boil until soft ball stage.
    Remove from fire and add marshmallow cream, nuts, vanilla and chips.
    Stir until chocolate melts. Pour into a buttered pan.
    Cut in squares when cool.
