Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
poppy seed
Preparation

Boil chicken and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Layer on bottom of long rectangular casserole dish.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and sour cream.
Pour on top of chicken.
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers.
Melt butter and pour on top of crackers.
Sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
