Tavern Nut Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. any type peanut
    2 c. Wheat Chex
    1 c. dark seedless raisins
    1/4 c. honey
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. Rice Chex
    2 c. Bran Chex
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss together the peanuts, Rice, Wheat and Bran Chex cereal and raisins.
    Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in honey, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended.
    Pour syrup over nut-cereal mixture and toss to coat all pieces well.
    Spread mixture on a large, ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for another 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
