Bacon And Garlic Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 lb. bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
    3 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter over moderate heat.
    Add the bacon; saute until crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add the remaining butter, garlic and parsley.
    When the butter is melted, saute garlic and parsley for about 1 minute more.
    This is great over cooked pasta or boiled, diced potatoes.
