Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
    6 oz. white sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. instant onions
    1 tsp. chicken stock
    grated Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine white sauce, sour cream, onions, chicken stock and salt.
    Blend in spinach.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes if doubling.
