Slimmers "Dip" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. mayo or plain yogurt (low-fat)
    2 Tbsp. dried onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Put all in blender or food processor until smooth.
    Sprinkle with more parsley.
    Serve with raw vegetables.
