Salmon Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs, separated and beaten
    1 jar pimento cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can salmon
    shredded almonds
Preparation
    Make a cream sauce with the first 3 ingredients by melting butter, adding flour and slowly adding milk.
    Add cheese to this and then take off burner. Add well-beaten egg yolks and salmon, crushed fine.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in buttered mold and bake in pan of hot water 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. When nearly done, cover with shredded almonds.
