Fig Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed figs (20)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O (dry)
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour in glass jars.
    Cover with 1/8-inch of paraffin.
